Our services include reviewing and advising on Agreements of Purchase and Sale, conducting due diligence and title searches, handling requisitions, and preparing and registering closing documents. We work in collaboration with lenders, title insurers, real estate agents, and other counsel to ensure that every closing transaction is completed in a smooth and timely manner.
Further, we provide experienced advice on pre-construction purchases. In the event that unforeseen financial or contractual matters come up and you are unable to complete your pre-construction purchase, we can assist in negotiating with the builders and developers to determine what extensions, amendments, assignments, or other arrangements can be made to address the problem.
